Shipping policy

You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees imposed by your country. These charges may be applied when your shipment arrives.
If applicable, please settle these costs directly with the delivery agent upon delivery.

Tax policies and customs regulations vary by country. For an estimate of potential charges, you may wish to contact your local customs office in advance. These fees are payable by you upon receipt of the shipment.

We use EMS to deliver products to countries outside of Japan. However, we will use other delivery companies to deliver to countries that are not covered by EMS.
