Once purchased, items cannot be returned due to personal preferences such as changes of mind, color or size choices, or style preferences.
If an item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us via the “CONTACT” form within 10 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and a clear description of the issue (photos are not required).
Upon review, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund if not available.
